Hand embroidery collar / detachable peter pan style made from repurpose vintage table linen

This collar is made using the beautiful scraps from my repurpose sewing project – A piece of passion.
They are absolutely unique, one and only. Nothing left from all these lovely hand embroidered table linen 😉 How great! It will make the best gift for an environment enthusiast.

Inner circumference measures 19.75″ / 50cm (closed with hook)
One size fits most.

Materials : 100% Cotton (Medium thick cotton)
Washing : Machine wash 40C in a net bag with similar colour (Iron to finish)
Please be aware that this is a hand-made item repurpose from a vintage / used table cloth. Therefore there are flaws, light stinks and tiny rips which is the evidence of the history one’s ever lived.

The back story :

It all started with me being given a piece of unfinished hand-stitched table cloth by my mom-in-law. The sheet belongs to my mom-in-law’s mom-in-law (Sorry it is what it is). She was too old and wasn’t capable of finishing it. Well, my mom-in-law thought that It would be a great idea that I finish it for her but turns out I can’t hand stitch anything XD. So instead of complete it with my awful hand-stitch skill. I tailored it into a classic blouse. And that is how it all started!

This is a vintage item which means it has been worn and loved previously. Now it made it to my store and I have revived it so it fits in the modern world again. Wearing vintage is not just a fashion statement, but also an attitude for a better future with less waste by humans.
