Feather Collar Green emerald feathers

Handmade feather collar. Made In fabulous Dark green feathers with just a hint of green! It fastens with a decorative toggle. The collar will fit most necks but if you are concerned please include a neck measurement with your order. To check size simply wrap a piece of string round your neck then measure the string with a tape measure.
