An Antique Victorian Handkerchief with Handmade Valenciennes Lace Edging & Monogram – French

An antique Victorian batiste handkerchief edged with handmade Valenciennes lace.There is also a beautifully hand embroidered monogram in one corner which is probably ‘GM’.This is a very fine quality handkerchief and is one of a set that I bought recently all handmade in France. The handkerchief is 13 1/4″ (34 cm) square and in very good condition.It would be perfect for a bride or bridesmaid.
