Refund and returns
· Items can be returned 14 days from the date received.
· To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original
packaging.
· Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to original method of payment
· The cost of returning gift box would be fulfilled by the purchaser (also applicable to re delivery). Shipping costs are non-refundable

*Depending on the number of scarves and colours chosen, configuration and decoration colour will vary and will be made to compliment
scarves
*Actual product colour material and shade may vary from images shown. Lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also
affect images’ colour.
*Orders placed before 7pm are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Any orders placed after 7pm will begin to be processed as if ordered
the next business day (Including express next day delivery orders).
*Due to the busy period deliver deliveries may take a little longer than the estimated times shown on Etsy. We apologise for any
inconvenience. We are trying our best to dispatch on time and trying to find efficient and fast delivery couriers. However, after dispatch,
deliveries are dependent on the courier services situation and something we cannot control.
