This is one of our finer scarves…perfect for summer and autumn evenings when the sun begins to set. It has been woven in a rich burgundy sheep’s wool in a 2/2 twill weave. It has subtle but noticeable silver lurex woven in several sets of tramlines along the length of the piece. It is finished with hand-tied tassels to the ends. The looser weave creates a pleasing drape and would work equally well as an evening wrap or paired with casual trousers/jeans.
Made on our 1908 Dobcross heritage loom, all our scarves, wraps and shawls are truly unique (design, yarn, size, etc.). We only make one of every item* so you can be sure you will have the only one in the world!

Care: Preferable to dry clean but can be hand-washed at low temperature. Do not tumble dry.
Packaging: Minimising the environmental impact of our packaging is important to us and we follow the waste hierarchy: Avoid, Reduce, Re-use, Recycle – particularly when it comes to plastic. Rarely do we use plastic in our packing materials. If we really do feel we need any plastic to protect your item, we will first look to re-use materials that we have received from others and, if we don’t have anything suitable we will use a recycled product.
Delivery: We use Royal Mail to deliver our items and we always aim to dispatch them either the same day or the following day. In the very rare situation where we find this is not possible, we will let you know.
